About the event
The Joel Sweeney 5k is back! This year as part of the 2018 Appomattox Road Warriors Race Series.
This year's race at the Appomattox Community Park Recreational Trail (613 Police Tower Rd.) will serve as a fundraiser for the Appomattox Historic Railroad Festival Scholarship Fund and will be held on Saturday, October 6 at 8:00 AM. The race is being held the weekend before the Festival to help with scheduling conflicts.
5k & Youth Mile (14 and under) options.
