K9 Heores - Pooch Pursuit 5K Run - 2K Walk

As part of K9 Heroes Day - lace up your favorite running shoes and be sure to bring your favorite four-legged running partner.  Register for the chip-timed Pooch Pursuit 5K Run/Walk or the 2K Walk.  The first 100 registered participants will receive a t-shirt and a pet friendly goodie bag.  Awards will be presented to the top finishers in both overall and by age group (5K only).  The 5K course is a trail course consisting of grass, gravel and mulch surfaces.  The 2K Walk course is on a grass surface.  Both courses have water/treat stops. 

5K Fee: $30 - Divisions: Team (Runner with canine) or Individual (Runner only)  2K Walk Fee: $15 (use coupon code WALK)

Pooch Pursuit Notes: All dogs must wear ID tags, be on a non-flex leash, socialized, current on rabies vaccinations, at least 6 months of age and not be in heat.  Dogs must be a minimum of 1 years of age for the 5K Run. One dog per person for the run.
