39th Annual Kirkland Art Center Run & Walk

CLINTON, NY- KAC Run &Walk and the Festival on the Green Saturday, June 3rd

The 39th Annual KAC Run and Walk will take place on Saturday, June 3, 2017. In addition to the competitive race events, the Kirkland Art Center will bring a host of activities and entertainment for the whole family at Clinton’s Village Green.

Starting at 11:00 AM there will be children’s games and amusements, including Jonathan Woodward’s famous Dragon Run, duck races, and so much more. Entertainment at the Gazebo will include excerpts from the KAC Spring Dance Performance, followed by live music from many different local bands leading up to and following the Awards Ceremony at 7:00 PM. The KAC will also be hosting the 2nd Annual Baking Contest. Youth Fun Run starts at 4:45 PM at the Clinton High School Field, just before the 1 Mile Kid Run at 5:15 PM and the USATF Certified 5K Run and Walk at 6:00 PM. The Youth Fun Run is FREE and registration will open at 4:00 PM at the Clinton Central School, donations are welcome.

You may also drop off a registration card at the Kirkland Art Center before the day of the race and on race day at the Clinton High School, 75 Chenango Ave, Clinton, from 3-5:30 PM.

5K Run & Walk, USATF Certified @ 6:00 PM: $20 postmarked before 5/19 $30 postmarked after May 19 to day of Race

1 Mile Kid Race (Age 13 and Under) @ 5:15 PM: $15 Flat Rate

Kids Fun Runs @ 4:45 PM: FREE

We are in need of volunteers for the race, bake sale, carnival games, setting up the green, etc!
