Keep Calm and Dog It

  Race Day Registration: Begin at 4:30pm - 5:45pm    Medals awarded to the 1st place male and female dog that crosses the finish line.  Personalized Certificates for 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall

We were looking for a fun way for dog owners to get together to have some fun as a group and to meet other dog owners looking to get out.  There wasn’t anything like this in our area and it seemed like a great way for like-minded people to get together, have fun and get some exercise.  Our goal was to have some fun on the leash.

With that being said, safety is paramount for all of us dog lovers.  In order to keep everyone safe, all dogs WILL BE LEASHED at all times; before, during and after the event.  All participants will keep control of their dogs ALWAYS.

The following rules will also be enforced:

• Only well-behaved dogs are welcome.
• All dogs must be current on vaccinations to attend.
• Dogs must be on a non-extendable leash (6 feet or less). 
• Any dog considered unfit or dangerous can be withdrawn from the event by Keep Calm and Dog It staff.
• There will be plenty of water to hydrate thirsty pups and people.
• First-aid will be available for both people and pets.
