Kingsburg Dala Horse Trot

A great race along the city streets of Kingsburg. Race starts and ends downtown in front of the fire station. This race has a tradition of being one of the largest 10k races in the Valley. Plan on hanging out afterwards for the start of the Kingsburg Swedish Festival. Nothing like enjoying Swedish pancakes after a good run! There are plenty of activities and fun to entertain the kids. The Dala Horse Trot benefits the local Kingsbug Rotary Club.

Packet Pick Up

Please attend our Race Packet Pick Up and avoid any race day delays. We will have it on Friday (May 18th) at:

Corner of Smith & Draper in downtown Kingsburg.

Time: 4:00-7:30pm 

You can also pick up your packet on race morning starting at 6:00am.

Your Dala Trot Event Shirt

Make sure to sign up before May 9th to guarantee you get your event shirt and in the size you request. After this date we not guarantee shirts to all participants nor in your requested size.

Kingsburg Swedish Festival

The ultimate Scandinavian Vacation the third weekend in May invites all who dare to experience and taste the rich culture of Sweden in Kingsburg. This event is filled with entertainment, food and fun. It all begins on Friday night with a Swedish Smorgasbord. Start your Saturday morning with a traditional Svenska Pancake Breakfast. The Swedish Village is filled with specialty shops, there you can also see more of the Swedish Culture in the Swedish Cultural Village on Draper Street and discover many food, craft booths and entertainment.
