The 19th annual 5K DASH Against Domestic Violence is scheduled for Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018. This event will be held at the Upper Gwynedd Township Park and consists of a certified 5K run and walk.

All are welcome! Bring your family and your four-legged friends. There will be music, refreshments and awards. Overall male and female runners will be awarded a Runner's Survival Kit with all the essentials. Medals will be awarded to the top 1st, 2nd and 3rd female and male age group winners.
