Lexi Memorial Commit to Prevent 5k Run/Walk

Prevent Child Abuse Kentucky (PCAK) is excited to announce plans for the 2018 Lexi Memorial Commit to Prevent® 5K Run/Walk. The Run/Walk will take place on April 15, 2018 at the beautiful Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington, KY. This event is named in memory of a little girl named Lexi, who died while in the care of her step grandmother. Lexi’s maternal family has been instrumental in building this event by bringing awareness to the prevention of child maltreatment. Join this family-fun event! Exhibitors and family activities! Featuring our new exhibit area with informational tables and items to purchase. Free pizza, provided by Papa Murphy’s and a bounce house for kids to enjoy. Your participation helps to Commit to Prevent® child abuse in our state.  PCAK is the Commonwealth’s leading statewide child abuse prevention organization.  Established in 1987, we have been committed to keeping Kentucky’s children safe for over 30 years.
