5K Run/Walk

Location:  University Fitness Center at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, 500 University Drive, Hershey, PA, 17033

Date:  September 8th, 2018

Time:  7:30-8:45 AM: Registration/Packet Pick-up

9:00 AM:  Race Begins

Entry:  $20 until the day of the race.

Awards:  Overall Female/Male, age groups.

LionCare is a student-run, non-profit, free clinic dedicated to serving the medical, psychological, and health needs of the underserved in Harrisburg. The staff is made up of student and physician volunteers from the Penn State College of Medicine and Milton S. Hershey Medical Center. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go toward materials for the clinic and benefit those served by LionCare, including residents of the Bethesda Mission, the YWCA Women's Shelter, the Salvation Army Program, and the Community Corrections Center in addition to the homeless population of Harrisburg.  All proceeds from the event go directly to supporting LionCare and the Bethesda mission where LionCare is located in Harrisburg.
