LIVE, WORK, MOVE SEMINOLE 5K Run/Walk

No Limit Health and Education, Inc. in partnership with the Florida Department of Health in Seminole County is hosting the 4th annual 5K to celebrate healthy living during National Public Health Week on Saturday, April 7.  For a second year, the race will be held in the beautiful City of Oviedo. The event encourages residents, employees and visitors of Seminole County to become physically active and focus on personal wellness.

All race participants will receive a finisher's medal, t-shirt, and additonal materials to stay healthy and make Seminole County the healthiest county in Florida!

Awards and recognition will be given in the following categories in Seminole County, so please be sure to register with only one designated group if applicable:  Employer with the most employees participating in the race, School with the most students and staff participating in the race, Faith-based Community with the most members participating in the race, Neighborhood Community with the most residents participating in the race and Social, Recreation or Fraternal Group with the most members participating in the race.

Participants are encouraged to pick up race packets early at one of the options below with your photo identification:

OPTION 1: Prime Nutrition, INC. located at 191 E. Mitchell Hammock Road, Oviedo

OPTION 2: Seminole County Health Department (outside under the orange tent) in front of building) located at 400 W. Airport Boulevard, Sanford

RACE DAY OPTION: Center Lake Park (near start/finish line under the orange tent) located at 299 Center Lake Lane, Oviedo

Special Notes:  Please provide photo identification for pick up.  If you are unable to pick up your packet, a friend or family may pick it up for you.  For teams, your captain or a designated person can pick up packets for the entire team by sending an email to Brittney Frazier at [email protected] or calling 407 665-3212 before Thursday at 3 p.m.

There will be separate lines for 5K and Kids Dash participants. Signs will be posted.

Race Day Registration: Event day registration opens at 6:30 a.m. Cash, check and credit card is accepted.

All particpants must finish the 3.1 mile course within 1 hour.  Water stations will be along the route and post-race refreshments will be available at the finish line.
