LiveLikeLou 4K

The LiveLikeLou 4K is an event organized by Phi Delta Theta of Robert Morris University in order to raise money for the LiveLikeLou Foundation that supports research and care for patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). This is a family-friendly event! It is encouraged for competitive and casual participants of all ages to take part in the race. 

Registration for the race will be available online and on the day of the race starting at 8:45 AM. After registration, every runner will have access to free refreshments and will be given a LiveLikeLou 4K pin. The top 100 runners will win a free t-shirt of the event and the top 10 overall finishers will receive medals. 

The race will start/end outside the front of the Nicholson Center. The course will be a loop around the Robert Morris University campus and has a mix of moderate hills and downhill portions. There will be brothers around the course along with signs to ensure that nobody gets lost during the race. A course map will be provided for further assistance.
