Loch Lothian 5K and 10K

About the Course: The Loch Lothian 5K/10K course will take you through some incredible scenery right in the heart of Midlothian. The course begins and ends at Midlothian Middle School and runners will traverse roads, sidewalks, paths, bridges, and trails in a unique and varied course. Along the way runners will enjoy scenery including Loch Lothian Lake, the Midlothian Mines ruins, replica mining headstock, and miles of trails.

About the Cause:  The race proceeds will benefit the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund www.fallenheroes.org The Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund serves United States military personnel that are wounded, injured or make the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation, and their families. They are our nation's greatest national resource and they deserve all the help that our nation can provide. Each year, the Loch Lothian 5K and 10K picks a different U.S. Military unit to highlight and support. In 2018 we supported the 1st Infantry Division, in 2019 we supported the 82nd Airborne Division. In 2020 we will be supporting the U.S. Army 10th Mountain Division. Click here to learn more about the causes we support.

Runner Perks: Participants who register by Jan. 30 will receive a long-sleeve T-shirt.  After Jan. 30 it will be first come first served until the T-shirts are gone. There will also be some great give-a-ways from our sponsors that will be announced closer to race day. 

Packet Pick-up: Packet pickup time and location will be published closer to the race.
