Shoes & Brews, Skechers Performance, and Oskar Blues Brewing present: The 6th edition of the CollaBEERation 5k & Brew Fest  - Virtual Edition

With the current climate, we may not be able to throw our typical after-race party, but that doesn't mean the party has to stop! If we are going to throw a virtual race, we are going to make sure it's the raddest virtual race around!

Here are some of the things we are updating for you to keep us connected and keep this race as fun as possible!

-All the swag stays + we are adding more swag for you! You'll get your typical swag bag full of goodies from S&B and our partners. If you've done a race with us before, you know it's going to be good!

-S&B will also be throwing in a limited edition patch to commemorate this race on the next level. Check out our instagram for sneak peaks of this beauty!

-We will do our regular packet pick up with race bibs, snacks, and amazing store sale and even a photo booth fun!

-Get ready for the best "unofficial" after-race party there is! We will be setting up some of our favorite thing including live music, photo booth action, giveaways, and beers for participants. 

-We still love giveaways! So although it will be slightly different, we will still have giveaways out the waaazoo and all you have to do it be a participant to be entered. 

-We will also have ways to win even more goodies for things like Sweatiest Selfie, Most Epic Run Course, Best DIY finish line, Best After -race at home party, Earliest Riser and more! All with prizes you will want to win! Beer, gear! Get ready to tag #collabeeration2020 all weekend long!

-And it wouldn't be a beer fest without beer. So we will have options for you! You'll receive two drink coupons with your race entry. You can use these as to-go drinks during packet pick up to enjoy at your own after-race party. Or you can join us anytime race weekend August 1 & 2, to redeem for drinks onsite. We will have lots of options to choose from. You can see the full list of our sponsors below. 

-Racecourse set-up and marked for mileage from S&B starting Thursday 7/30. You'll have the ability to jump out on the course whenever it works for you, or blaze your own trail! Like legitly do a 5k on your favorite trail or out your front door! The options are endless, plan something epic!

We hope we've convinced you to join in on the fun! The reason we do what we do is our community and we believe in our community and it's resilience. Did you know we always choose a charity partner that does good for our community! This year we've partnered with UC Health Long's Peak Hospital Foundation right here in Longmont!

 

Run like there's beer at the finish line. (Because there is).   GOODIES: Your race entry includes an event customized race hat (run hat style), a race patch (new!!), race bib, free race photo booth at packet pick-up, swag bag with fun from S&B and our partners. You'll also receive special discounting during race week at Shoes & Brews including sales and full priced items, with additional markdowns taken for that week only and for participants only. And beer, there will be beer! (still working out the details on the beer). 

Whether you live here in COLORADO, or somewhere further away you can join in on the fun of this race!
As we draw closer to race day we will have options to pick up your Race gear onsite or have it shipped.

If you’re feeling rather fast on race day and think you can beat the others out there on race weekend, submit your proof of time and distance into us and we will award the overall male and female with some serious beer and gear prizes! Think arms full of beer and shoes coming your way! It might be worth scooping out that fast course!

Not feeling fast on race day! Don't you worry: we have a massive raffle giveaway for anyone! To be entered into the overall raffle all you have to do is be a particpant! We will put everyone bibs into a massive giveaway for shoes, beer, gear, gift certificates and so much goodness!

Run anytime during race weekend or run from S&B on our course, we will have it marked for start, finish and mile markers.
