Family 1 Miler/ 100 m Dash 10:15

Note staggered start:, time will register once your chip goes over timing mat. Timing company will group runners. Slower Traffic to Stay to the back.

Joggers and walkers please keep to the right.

• What time should I arrive?
Give yourself time in the morning (See times listed above). If you have already picked up your bib, there is nothing you need to do on race day but you should give yourself time to park. We encourage you to carpool if possible.
• Where should I park?
Follow Police and Volunteer instructions. Overflow parking is at the Intermediate School.

• When do I get my donut?
HAVE YOUR TICKET ON YOUR BIB READY! Main Street Donuts will be waiting for you with donuts at the finish. Due to the large influx of runners, expect to wait- have your ticket off your bib ready. The line will move quickly and swiftly.

Join us for the Main Street Donut Chase 5K and 1 miler to benefit Young Survival Coalition. Our 5K course that will bring you on the Municipal Complex Paths. It is relatively flat, but there are a few quick hills to contend with but the promise of donuts will bring you there. The entire course will be on pavement/path. Friendly for Pets, Jogging Strollers, and Families and runners of all abilities welcome! (Joggers and friends and families running together please note that we will have a staggered Start Time and the best wave to be in for you is the last!)

The race will start and end at the Wall Municipal Complex by the soccer building. In the morning, pre Race Bagels @ Wall Municipal Complex, Long-Sleeved Race Shirt, Donut-Themed Medal for every participant and of course DONUTS. Donut at the finish (Vegan & Gluten Free options available select option during registration) If you do not select the option we cannot guarantee. Donuts will be waiting for you at the finish line catered by Main Street Donuts in Belmar!

Our mission at the Donut Chase 5K is to promote initatives that help young breast cancer survivors reclaim their bodies after diagnosis and treatments. Funds from this will directly help young survivors participate in a 3 day, 245 miles bike ride to benefit the Young Survival Coalition.
