About the event
Join us as we run/walk the beautiful Custis Trail in Arlington, VA while supporting Many Hopes’ mission to rescue, raise, educate, and equip vulnerable children to make positive change in coastal Kenya. 100% of your registration and all donations will go directly to operations on the ground.
Runners, walkers, individuals, families, and leashed pets are all welcome. Register now!
Pre-registration: $35 per participant (August 1 – September 26)
Day-of Registration: $45 per participant (September 27)
Once you register, you’ll have the opportunity to go the extra mile (get it?) by fundraising with us through your very own fundraising page. Consider setting your own goal (aim high!) and sending a few emails inviting your network to support you as you participate in the 5K, and even better, support a great cause!
Fundraising is not a requirement for participation in the 5K.
BONUS: All participants receive happy hour food and drink specials at nearby Rock Bottom Brewery after the event. Additionally, stylish Many Hopes tees and tanks will be available for purchase with 100% of your purchase price also going to support the work on the ground in Kenya.
