Mayor's Riverwalk and Run

Join Lansing's Mayor Andy Schor on a 3.1 mile run that starts at Potter Park Zoo and ends at Turner-Dodge House.

5k Run includes special giveaway, T-Shirt and Age group awards.  The 5k Run will begin at 9:00 am. Registration will start at 7:30 am.

5k Run Awards will be given to the overall male and female and top 3 in the following age groups: 12 & under, 13-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 & over

Special Family Pricing: Sign up 3 or more people (same household) at the same time and receive a $3 discount per person. 

5k Walk is free! The first 1000 walkers receive a t-shirt! Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.; walk begins at 9:15 a.m. after the run begins!

Buses will provide both walkers and runners a ride back to Potter Park. Fun stations along the trail as well as refreshments at the Turner Dodge House will be provided to all participants. 

The 5k run will be professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation. Results will be posted during the race and online at Playmakers.com.
