MC Color Run/Walk 5K

The Monroe Central Wrestling Boosters is hosting a FUN run/walk Saturday June16th @ 9:30am starting at the Tennis Courts/Monroe County Senior Center. The address is 118 Home Avenue Woodsfield, Ohio 43793. The Tennis Court sits right beside the Senior Center. There will be signs. This run/walk will be timed for those competing against each other, their personal times, and just to complete a 5K for their own fun. This is an excellent family event to bring the children and participate. There will be several color tunnels you will run through with "Color Powder". We recommend you wear white so all your colors will show on your outfits! If you wish to participate and not have color thrown you are able to walk around the color stations. This run/walk will start and end at the tennis courts. It will go through parts of town and Oaklawn cemetery. 

Pricing is $25.00 for 12 and up (Runners/Walkers) and $15 for 12 and under that wants to compete and get a swag bag/t-shirt. Children under 12 are able to attend for free if they do not want a packet. Strollers are WELCOME! We are not able to allow pets. 

You can sign up on Race Day, but in order to get a T-shirt you must have your application turned in by June 11th @ 5:00 p.m. We will have a few extra shirts for $10.00 at the race while supplies last. 

Early Bird Pick up will be at the Tennis Courts/Senior Center on Friday June 15th from 3:00pm until 5:30pm, the timing chips are picked up on the race morning. 

Race check in on the day of the race is from 8am until 9am at the Tennis Courts/Senior Center. 

We will have special guests this year for the children so follow the run page on Facebook for more information. 

2 Seniors (1 2018 Graduate and 1 2019 Graduate ) will win a $250.00 Scholarship from the MC Wrestling Boosters. You must be registered before Race Day to be drawn. 

We will have a DJ again this year for you to enjoy, and color packets will be thrown at the end of the race! 

Run forms can be picked up and dropped off at Hot Locks Spa, 900 Lewisville Road Woodsfield, Ohio 43793. Checks are Payable to: Monroe Central Wrestling Boosters. 

If you want to sponsor and add your name to the t-shirt you are able to donate any amount to be on the t-shirts. Contact 740-213-0762 by phone/text for sponsor information.
