Midsummer Mile

June 27, 2019

The Richard A Hoska Midsummer Mile is a great way to spend a summer evening on the Minnesota State Fairgrounds. The race is run in waves for Women, Men and Friends & Family. The USATF certified mile course is two loops so it’s easy to cheer on your friends. Race headquarters is O’Gara’s at the Fair, where you will find packet pick-up at Dan Patch and Underwood.  The Midsummer Mile has produced some very fast times in the competitive waves on the fast, fairly flat course. The friends and family wave is a great opportunity for newer runners and walkers to participate in a low key, fun race.

We are proud to continue our tradition of encouraging families to participate by providing a special rate of $5 for all children age 12 and under. Children in the Family Wave will all receive medals. All in all it’s a great time for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities.

The first wave begins at 6:30 p.m.

Please note that all entries to the race are final and no refunds will be given for any reason.
