Migration Run 5K/10K

Join us on Saturday October 6, 2018 for the annual Migration Run 5K/10K at Seneca Meadows Wetlands Preserve in Seneca Falls, NY. Seneca Meadows is a popular nesting and stop over location for many migrating birds especially during the Spring and Fall. Both the 5K and 10K runs are entirely on packed and gravel roads inside the Wetland Preserve. Races will start at 3pm and will be followed by a robust post race party and awards ceremony. The Migration Run 5K/10K will benefit the Wounded Warriors in Action a local not-for-profit that serves our nation’s combat-wounded Purple Heart recipients.
