Miles City Maltfest Run

The Miles City Maltfest Run occurrs during a craft beer and music festival held in Connors Stadium July 31 and August 1.  The 1 mile walk/run, 5K and 10 K races start at 7:30am on August 1st Denton Field .  The course starts out following the banks of Natural Oasis leading to the dike along the Yellowstone River and Tongue Rivers finishing after the route passes by the Custer County Fair Grounds.  The 10K start gun fires at 7:30 am with the 5K and 1 mile walk/run starts at 8:00 am.  The race is organized by the Miles City Rotary Club as a fund raiser for the Miles Community College scholarship fund.  A pancake breakfast will be available to spectators starting at 7:00 am and for race finishers ending at 11:00 am.  The Red Neck Grill will be flipping cakes.  Preregistration can be completed on-line, 2 weeks prior to race day to guarantee a racers (Unisex) T-shirt in your size.  On site registration will occurr on race day.  Bib and packet pickup will be available from 5:00pm to 8:00pm on July 31st at Connors Stadium near the festival.  Preregisration fees are  $25,  and $30 on race day for 5K and 10 K races.  Registraton for the 1 mile   walk/run is a donation to the MCC scholarship fund (Shirts will not be lncluded for the 1 mile walk/run).
