Mission 5K Winston-Salem

Join us for the 7th annual Mission 5K on November 3, 2018!  This event features a chip-timed 5K run, 5K walk, and 1 mile fun run.  This unique event features Christian scripture along the truck, music from WBFJ, and all of the men that reside at the Winston-Salem Rescue Mission participate in some way in the event.  All proceeds benefit two important ministries:

* Mission: Feet First: Shoe charity founded in 2010 by Emily & Keith Davis, owners of Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance Winston-Salem.  Every year this ministry fits over 1,000 homeless and local children for proper fitting running shoes.
* Winston-Salem Rescue Mission: This ministry can house of to 100 men and assists with providing basic needs and resources to help men suffering from homelessness and addiction.  They have helped thousands of men over the years get back on their feet.
