Navigate Disrupt the Narrative

Navigate Adolescence is a non-profit organization that has provided fun and powerful workshops for the young people in our community for the past 15 years.  Our programs help kids develop essential skills such as kindness, self-acceptance, and resilience that then help to strengthen and enhance their social and emotional well-being.  We are hosting this 5K to help raise money needed to keep our programs affordable and accessible to all the kids in our community.
