Place: Start & Finish at New Hope UMC, 8985 W Mason Rd, Sidney, OH 45365 (corner of Mason & Patterson Halpin)
Cost: $20 pre-register w/shirt (postmarked or online June 10th)
Mail completed registration form with check or money order to: New Hope UMC/5k 8985 W Mason Rd Sidney, OH 45365
NEW this year!!!! We will also offer a Fun Run for kids under 10!!!! Cost will be $1 per child and include a ribbon for all finishers. Sign-up on race day, start time is approx 10:00am (conclusion of 5k)

All proceeds from this event will be used for the medical/surgical facility at the Kobonal Haiti Mission
