About the event
The 1st Annual North Cove Community 5k is hosted by North Cove Elementary’s Running Club and sponsored by PTO. It is an initiative to get our community outside, active and interested in competitive running. Please join us Saturday, May 4th, ready to run at 9:00 a.m.
The race is a beautiful, flat course for families, runners and walkers of all ages, beginning at the school entrance and continuing on American Thread Road.
Cost: $15 (includes Comfort Colors t-shirt)
All proceeds will go to the school’s Susan Goldsmith Benevolent Fund, which provides financial assistance for students in need. Assistance includes cost of field trips, toiletries, clothing, shoes, etc.
Registration- online until Thursday May 2nd. Same day registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and may not include a t-shirt.
