Join Santa, aka the Mayor of Oil City, William P. Moon, Jr., in this festive event running or walking through the streets of Oil City. All pre-registrants will receive a Santa beard in their race bag! Race starts at 9am, runners and walkers together, on a fairly flat course out and back through downtown Oil City. Race registration and start line at the Transit Building in Oil City.
