Over and Under Tunnel Run

The Over and Under Tunnel  is the longest running 5k race in our community, and we need your help to continue to build its legacy through increased participation and donations. This race has always encouraged living a healthy lifestyle and has long supported like-minded nonprofit organizations.This year we will celebrate the 45th Anniversary of the Tunnel Run on Saturday, April 4, 2020 and we are excited and honored to partner with The Foundation for TGMC. We are thrilled to be able to say that 100% of the proceeds from this event will stay in OUR community.

We would like to personally invite you to join us in supporting The Foundation for TGMC, a 501(c)3, nonprofit organization. The mission of the Foundation for TGMC is to develop and maintain a comprehensive program of financial giving in the community for the sole purpose of promoting, developing and expanding the services, functions, purpose and mission of TGMC in providing exceptional healthcare with compassion.

The Foundation for TGMC supports many programs that benefit our community such as:
• The Community Sports Institute
• The Sudden Impact Program educates teens in all Terrebonne Parish public and private schools in the dangers of distracted driving.
• Free cardiac screenings
• NICU assistance for families
• Blood Drives
• TheWell and Wise Program in partnership with Council on Aging is a free educational and inspirational 6 month wellness program designed for those 60 years and older.
