Overcomer Mini Family Fun Day

This event is an obstacle course for kids (and adults) to test the body, mind and spirit of participants regardless of fitness and experience level. This is a fun event with vendors, snow cones, cotton candy, face painting, bouncy houses,  and a water balloon war. There will be an Adult Sprint, Kid's Obstacle Course, and a Family Challenge! Overcomers will run, climb, jump, crawl, and muscle their way through to conquer the obstacles along the way similar to the journey that survivors of domestic and sexual violence take to recover and reclaim their lives. The life of a survivor of violence is full of obstacles and offers supportive services to help them overcome throughout East Tennessee and beyond. Overcome & Understand how survivors undergo repetitive trauma that they must rise above over and over again. All participants will receive a medal for completing the course.
