Course highlights
The Start and Finish line for all distances is located beside the City Theater, close to the Competition Office. The route in marathon and half marathon passes through the city centre and the Ruissalo island. The length of one lap is half marathon, 20097,5 m, so full marathon consists of two laps.

Reviews
The event was very well organized and the people who worked there were all very nice and helpful when I asked for help. I also really enjoyed the route which went through the city centre but also spends a lot of time in a nearby nature reserve. Pretty much every major sightseeing destination of Turku was seeable from the path, which I found cool. It was also not too difficult and its changing landscape kept it away from being boring.
The pacemakers were very professional and the water service worked perfectly. The marathon route did repeat some parts, but I did not think it was too much of a problem.
