About the event
Join Phoenix Wellness for a new Thanksgiving Day tradition! We are excited to announce the 4th Annual Pilgrimage in the Park 5K Trail run, Thursday, November 23rd, 8:00am at Pulaski Park in Nancy, Kentucky. We have a brand new course with more trail (details forthcoming). This race is a fund raiser for Phoenix Wellness with a portion of proceeds going to American Cancer Society as well. Come out and enjoy one of the best views of Lake Cumberland while running on new trails and create a little calorie room for later in the day!

Age Divisions
The age divisions will be as follows – 10 & Under; 11-14; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69; and 70 and Over.
You will register in the age division according to your age on December 31, 2017. For example, if your birthday is 12/30 and you will be 30 years old on that day, you will register for the 30-39 age division even though you were 29 for most of the year.
