The Hope at the Lake Foundation and Trump National invite you to our 13th Annual Polar Plunge/5K! This the second year we have hosted a 5K Run on New Year’s Day. This is an event to raise money for two unique community charities that help children in need in Iredell County. Stop Child Abuse Now of Iredell County and Food For Days (a weekend backpack meals program for children in Iredell County). Both these organizations rely on the generosity of our members and guests for their operating budgets to provide counseling and assistance to these at risk children. Start 2020 off right by attending, participating and most importantly donating to these charities. This a fun family-oriented event with refreshments and food prior to the Polar Plunge.

All participates will receive a Polar Plunge5K towel while supplies last.
Prizes will be awarded for the best custom for both Runners and Polar Plunge participants.
