POW/MIA Run Joint Base San Antonio

This will be a 24 hour memorial run in honor of all POW's and all of those still Missing in Action.  The event will be kicked off by the completion of the Airmen's run at Basic Military Training and the passing of the POW/MIA flag and the othe locations will be notified to start at the same time.  We are looking for max participation and ask that all units who sign up please show up and show your support for this event by running together as a unit.  We ask that you sign up and register as a unit for the location(Fort Sam Houston or Lackland) that you will attend and not as individuals to allow us to get a correct count for the race.  The event will start on 20 Sep 2018 at 0800 and end on 21 Sep 2018 at 0800.  We presently have 3 tracks in total reserved for this event.  There will be one at Fort Sam Houston at the track located behind the Acton Dorm, one at the 321st TRS track here at Lackland, and we have the Warhawk Fitness Center track reserved if we receive enough particption to require the additional track.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact myself, MSgt Kyle Collins at [email protected] or Capt Catherine Wilson at [email protected]
