Holding an in-person race this year requires some special considerations, and we are making adjustments to assure the safety of racers and volunteers. We hope that you understand and that you can join us for this fun event.
Certified (VT13009JK) gently rolling 5 miler on Old Pump Rd. This is an out and back course on a dirt road that initially crosses over Browns River and then arcs along a couple of fields and along the tree line. It’s a great tune-up race if you’re training for VCM or another late spring race.
Entry Fee: $15 (GMAA members subtract $5)
For those who prefer not to race in-person, we have added a Virtual Pump it Up 5 Miler option this year. Participants will be able to run the course any time between the beginning of Saturday, April 24th and the end of Saturday, May 1st.
During the race period, you can submit your virtual results on the race page here. Virtual results are unofficial and will not be scored with the in-person event. But no worries! Virtual participants will still be entered to win sweet prizes in the raffle.
Open to all runners 12 and older. For runners under the age of 12, the runner must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the race.
We will not provide post-race refreshments this year, and there will be no water stops on the course. Please bring whatever food and drinks you need to support yourself before, during, and after the race.
There will be two porta-potties and handwashing stations set up for your convenience.
Awards for the overall top male and female will be distributed at the Finish Line.
All participants are automatically entered for raffle prizes, which will be distributed at bib pick-up.
The Jericho Elementary School parking lot. Please DO NOT park at Palmer Lane Maple.
