Join us for a fun morning of pumping and running! This event is free to anyone that wants to participate, you just have to sign up online so we know you’re coming.
We will be limiting the number of participants so sign up soon!
There will be 3 “pumping” exercises: Squats, Chest Press & Deadlift. Women will be lifting 35 lbs for each exercise, men will be lifting 75 lbs. We will have judges for each exercise to make sure exercises are performed properly and to count reps.
You’ll do as many reps as you can for 60 seconds. Then rest for 30 seconds, move onto the next exercise, etc etc.
Then you’ll have a 3 minute rest before starting your run.
The run will be 2 miles, over the Flagler bridge and back.
We will add up all of your reps and subtract the total from your run time.
It’s gonna be fun and and is for all fitness levels!
