About the event
SPEAK™ 5K is an annual run/walk hosted by Safe+Sound Somerset, the lead domestic violence agency in Somerset County, NJ. SPEAK™ 5K is organized and led by Somerset County teenagers who strive to raise awareness about teen dating abuse and healthy relationships throughout their lives. Funds raised will benefit Safe+Sound Somerset's programs that empower adult and child survivors of intimate partner violence and domestic abuse.
Registration starts at 8AM. Race starts at 9AM. Ceremony and awards to immediately follow the race.
The race is on paved roads and paths. The entrance fee is $25 before March 29th, or $30 beginning March 29th and for in-person registration.
T-shirts are guaranteed for those who register before March 15th, and while supplies last for later registrations. Join us as we race together to end domestic abuse, once and for all. For questions, contact [email protected].
