Join us for a great 5K Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run starting at Starin Park in Whitewater benefiting our homeless students in the Whitewater School District.
Every participant receives a goodie bag and finisher award.
All Events begin and end at Starin Park Whitewater WI
5k Fun Run/Walk : This 5K run/walk has some challenging hills and is an out and back course. Runner/walkers will start at Starin Park, head through UW-Whitewater campus out to the nature preserve and will run through the lower part of the preserve before turning left onto Burr Oak Trail where you will reach the turnaround point.
Kids Fun Run: This will be a 1/4 mile run for youth ages 12 and under. Finisher ribbons will be handed out as youth cross the finish line and each youth will also receive a goody bag.
7am - Run Registration and Packet Pick up: $20 (there is an additional fee if you would like a t-shirt)
8:00am – Youth Fun Run
8:30am – 5K Run/Walk Begins
9:30am – Awards
