Queen City Striders Moonshine Classic 10K

Events: A 10K run and 2 mile fun run/walk will start simultaneously at 9:00 am. The pancake breakfast sponsored by the Queen City Striders will follow the awards ceremony. All are welcome. New this year will be a Kids Race! Kids race will be located at the pavilion and is free of charge.

Course: Located in Big Run State Park. The start will be near the intersection of Big Run Road and Savage River Road. The course runs out and back along Savage River Road.

Registration: QCS Members-$15           Non-Members-$20 if received by July 31, $25 afterwards and Race Day. QCS membership forms will be available on race day for those wishing to join.

Same day registration will be from 8:00 to 8:45 at the pavilion adjacent to the starting line. All pre-registered participants will receive a race T-shirt. T-shirts on race day will be provided while supplies last.

Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over.

Awards: Awards for run will be given to overall Male & Female Open and Masters and the top three Male & Female finishers in each age group. Fun Run/Walk awards will be given to overall Male & Female and first Male & Female over 60.  Prizes are locally sourced pure Maple Syrup.
