Race for Reading 5K & Fun Run

This is an untimed  5K run/walk at Centennial Park in Plymouth. The course goes through parts of the park including a nice wooded area.  The first male and female winner will receive a Barnes & Noble gift card.  The proceeds of the race will be split, with part of it going to the Young Author's Conference for Marshall County, which brings a local author or illustrator to an area school for a fun and informative presentation on the profession.  All area kids are invited to join.  The other part will go to Books for Babies, which provides two new books to newborns born in St. Joseph Regional Hospital in Plymouth and Bremen Hospital. 

The fun run will be a loop close to Freyman Pavilion.
