5th Annual RACERS Rescue Run 5K

North Shore Drive, Benton Harbor, MI 49022 SWMI RACERS presents the 6th Annual RACERS Rescue Run 5K to honor Veteran's Day. Run or walk this chip-timed 5K, with or without a dog. Proceeds benefit Stiggy's Dogs as they Rescue One to Rescue Another. FEES
15 & Over: $20 through October 20, $25 October 21 through November 7, $30 Race Day
14 & Under: $15 through Race Day
SWMI RACERS members 15 & Over receive an automatic discount when registering * No charge for adults & children pushed or pulled in strollers and wheelchairs of any kind, or wagons In 2014, SWMI RACERS partnered with the Whirlpool Veterans Association to create a 5K that would not only honor Veterans Day but would also benefit a veterans’ organization. RACERS members discovered Stiggy’s Dogs, a 501(c)3 organization based in Howell Michigan, and the RACERS Rescue Run 5K was born! The RACERS Rescue Run is a dog-friendly event! All dogs must wear ID tags, be on a leash (no flex leashes permitted), socialize well with other dogs, be current on rabies vaccinations, be at least six months of age, and not be in heat. Please clean up after your pet, throughout the event. Please include your dog when you register.
