Rambling Rose 5K Run/Walk

The 5K course is a fast, flat course.  Portions of the course are on hard-packed earth and gravel surfaces.  (Please note - portions of the course are open to traffic.)  Beautiful views of the Rocky Mountains greet runners as they near the finish area.

After the race, stay for the Free Post-Race Fireman's Pancake Breakfast and enjoy entertainment, vendors, and activities during Beef and Bean Day in the heart of Milliken.

The Rambling Rose 5K was created in loving memory of Annette Rose P. and Nevaeh Rose E.  Annette was an avid runner and completed countless races of all distances, including multiple marathons and half marathons.  Nevaeh completed her first race while in utero, crossing the finish line mere inches ahead of her mother.  She was too beautiful for earth.

All proceeds from the race are donated to local Middle and High School Cross Country Teams.  We also donate to 3 Hopeful Hearts, a non-profit organization that provides assistance and support to families who have lost a child.  Our mission is to promote the running lifestyle, and encourage youth development through running, fitness, and healthy choices.
