Red Creek Turkey Trot 5k/3k

The Red Creek PTA is hosting a 3/5k Turkey Trot.  This is the 5th year Red Creek has hosted this race and our goal is to promote healthy choices while spending time with family.  We have events for all ages and abilities.  The day starts off with the 100 yard Kiddie Dash for children 9 and under. Next we have a Kids' 1 mile Fun Run for those that want more of a challenge.  The 3k and 5k event goes on at the same time with a well marked course around the village of Red Creek.  Both of the childrens' events are free while the 3k and 5k events also have family pricing.  100% of our proceeds are donated to two local food banks.  The top female and male winners of the 5k event walk away with a turkey. We will also be raffling off turkeys, Road IDs, cookbooks, gift certificates to the book fair and other items. All participants will receive a raffle ticket. Some raffles include, turkeys, RoadID bracelets, cookbooks and gift cards.
