About the event
50k
The Red Devil 50K has quickly become on of the Pacific Northwests must do races. The race starts and ends at Sandcreek Trailhead and includes the Red Devil, Red Hill, Devil’s Gulch and Mission Ridge trail systems in the Wenatchee-Okanagan National Forest, outside of Cashmere, WA to form an incredibly challenging 7,200 ft of climbing to challenge even the most seasoned trail runner. We will have two fully staffed and supplied aid stations on the 50K course, one of which you will pass twice at mile 9 and 26, the other you will pass at mile 17. There will be a water only self serve station at mile 5. At mile 9, 17 and 26 we will have the usual Ultra running fare and plenty of Hammer Nutrition products as well.
Depending on COVID-19 conditions at the time of the race, we will be following additional precautions including wave starts, aid station protocols and requirements for mask use. More details will be available within a month of the race depending on requirements in place and the state of the pandemic.
