Resolution Run - Derry

Join Gingerbread Man Running Company and start the new year on the right (or left) foot!! This New Years Resolution Run/Fun Walk/Ruck takes you around Keystone State Park Lake.  NEW for 2020, we will be introducing a Rucking division.  This is an offical https://goruck.com race. Learn more about it at https://www.goruck.com/rucking-101. All participants will receive a GORUCK patch and the top 3 male and female participants will get an award!

The requirements: Wear a Ruck/backpack with the standard weight-10# for participants 150 lbs. and under, and 20# for those over 150 lbs.  Your ruck will be weighed at the beginning of the race. No participants will be weighed, weight requirements are on the honor system  Most females carry 10# and most males carry 20#.

Cost is just $10 for the 5K if you register before December 15th, and $15 if you register after. We will have race day sign ups.  Race day registration is near the main building and bathrooms near the beach. There will be a 200 person limit for this race.  We will have overall and age group awards for the 5K run! There are no shirts for this race. 

Registration will begin at 10 AM and the race will begin at 11 AM.

This race is weather dependent on Mother Nature cooperating with us! We are fine to run in snow and cold temps, it's January! However if there is a severe cold weather warning, ice storm, or snow is impacting road travels to get to the race, we will need to move the race to January 19th.
