3-6-12 Hour Ultra – Jan 2nd 2021
Season’s Greetings! Welcome to this years annual Resolution Run and end of year SCUM Bag New Year Bash! We welcome all to this years festival of races to celebrate the beginning of a new year and to say good riddance to the current one! Resolution Run Ultra is a timed race of 3, 6, and 12 hours on a 1 Mile loop. All races will end at the same time promptly at 7pm. The race will be supported with one Aid Station but will be Self Timed and Recorded. We ask that you bring a “unique” cup/mug that you will use to place rocks in as you complete your 1 Mile laps around campus.

Course Description
Super Flat course that will loop around Sunset Park. All pavement/sidewalks. No Traffic and No Road Crossings.

Packet Pickup
You can pick up your race bib and any apparel items purchased race morning near our timing tent at the start finish line. Packet Pickup will start 60 minute prior to the start of each distance! Apparel will be for sale on race day. Race Day registration is also available but I will warn you now, you will not like the price. Best bet is to register now!
Race Swag
All race participants will receive an Upstate Ultra Sticker and a unique wooden finisher award. Not everyone likes shirts so we have provided an option to purchase an Upstate Ultra Tri-Blend Shirt, Performance Socks, Trucker Hat, or Trail Buff.

Timing
This is a self timed event so we ask that you bring a UNIQUE mug/cup to place a small stone in every lap. At the end of the event we will have your name through our registration file that you can place how many laps you completed. There are plenty of parking spaces available near the start/stop loop and ample space to set up a personal pop up tent, aid stop if you wish along the course.
Aid Stations
There are 1 aid station on course during the 1 mile loop. The Aid station will include such items: salt, crackers, cookies, pickles, oranges, water , tailwind, and soda. We ask that EVERYONE bring a leftover dish from the holidays. If you want to bring something special just for us that would be awesome too! Items like brownies, crackers, bacon, chips, pickles, candy, cookies, etc! This is a cup-less event as runners are required to have their own hydration carrying bottles or packs.
Eco-Standard
In an effort to be good stewards to mother nature we will not have any of the following items at ANY of our events. This is in an effort to reduce the carbon footprint being placed by endurance events throughout the world. Please have a cup or hydration bottle if you will need to consume water/nutrition during the event. Please bring your own fork/spoon for any post race meals. Please bring your own bags for items collected at the race. Please make use of old safety pins or our new Bib Boards that will be available for the timing chip only.
