Ringing in Spring is where the region's runners gather to kick off the spring running season. Here's why Ringing in Spring is a favorite event for runners all over the region:
* Organized by long-time local runners and the YMCA for 21 years
* Disposable on-the-bib chip timing
* NEW! Long-sleeve wicking 1/4 zip shirts - choose male or female fitted
* No shirt = $15 discount
* Switch 5K or 10K during the race!
* Free child care (must pre-register children on ringinginspring.com)
* Gear check
* CARA and Gold Cup discounts (to March 20)
* Early shirt/bib pickup
* USATF certified course - see course map and certification map on our website
* Team and corporate entries (must be registered by April 1.)
* NEW! Kid's fun run at 10am (details forthcoming)
* 1500 to 2000 people expected
Registration until April 2 is online only. On April 2 and 3, register online or in person at Extra Mile Fitness. Race day registration 7.30 to 8.30am. Details on our website.
Awards 3 deep per division. Please pick them up following the race (10am to 10.30am).
