Rochester Moms on the Run 5K Family Gobble Wobble

The 5th Rochester Gobble Wobble Family Race is designed to get the family moving before they gobble 'till they wobble!  Most importantly, all proceeds will benefit the Salvation Army of Rochester in this season of giving. 

This fun run is for everyone to come out and enjoy the morning.  Tortoise or hare, stroller or walker, everyone is welcome. Please no pets.  

Your generous donations will go to support the Salvation Army of Rochester in this season of giving.  

It is our day to give back for all we have to be thankful for!

2 Mile Walk (waddle!) - 9:00am
5K Gobble Wobble - 9:00am
5K Trail Gobble Wobble - 9:00am

PACKET PICK UP INFORMATION
Skip the lines! Check in and pick up your bib (and your gift with donation!) ahead of time on Wednesday, November 23rd.  We will have pre packet pick up at the Salvation Army Adult Day Center - 115 1st Ave NE - from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. You may also register for the race at this time. Don't wait to stand in line on race morning, just show up to run/walk!
