January is when we set big goals like being more active, losing weight and eating healthier.  

It can be challenging to find the motivation during the darkest, coldest months of the year to get outside and run however committing to an event can help provide the accountability we need to keep it going.

They say the average New Year’s resolution lasts less than 2 weeks - so let’s kick off 2020 with a strong start!

This Resolution themed social fun run is for runners and walkers of all paces and ages, no pressure, just fun! Your 4 legged friends and kids are welcome to join in on the fun too (kids 12 and under run free).
