Rowan County Christmas Jingle Bell 5K

Come out and help us celebrate Christmas in June!!   Rowan County Christmas is excited to present its Second Annual Jingle Bell 5K to help raise funds for families and seniors in Rowan County.

 

Rowan County Christmas is a non-profit organization established to coordinate charitable giving and community assistance to families and seniors in need during the Christmas holiday.  In 2016, we provided gifts and food vouchers to more than 600 families and senior citizens.

 

When:

Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 8:00 a.m.

Packet pickup and race day registration will begin at 7:00 a.m.

Entry Fee:

$20.oo Pre-registration by May 19, 2017

$25.oo after May 19, 2017

Race Day Registration will be available.  T-shirts will be for those who pre-register by May 19, 2017 and to participants who register after May 19, 2017 while supplies last.

 

Packet Pickup/Race Day Registration:

Packet pickup and race day registration will begin prior to race at 7:00 a.m.  Race begins at 8:00 a.m.  

Online registration closes May 31, 2017. Paper copies can be obtained by emailing [email protected] or by seeing one of the Rowan County Christmas board members.

 

Awards:

Prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 Female and Top 3 Male finishers.  As well as the top 3 overall finishers in each age division.

The 5K will take place rain or shine.  In the case of severe weather cancelling the event there will be no refunds.
