Run Everywhere: Fleet Feet / Saucony Trail Run at Chickasabogue

Get ready to go off-road.

This spring, Fleet Feet is teaming up with Saucony for the Run Anywhere: Fleet Feet / Saucony Trail Run. This event will get you ready to hit the trails for the first time or go where you've never been before. Join us for an amped-up group run at a local trail where our staff and partners will provide off-road running and outfitting tips and Saucony will demo trail running shoes. We’ll cap things off with a celebration and refreshments—and a chance to win a prize or two.

 

THE EVENT:
- 1/2 mile Run/Walk distance.
- 4 mile Run/Walk distance.

Trail type:
1/2 mile loop consists of .25 miles of smooth grass lawn & .25 miles of single track trail. Roots, sand, pine needles, and small wooden bridge crossings can be expected.

4 miler includes single track trail with roots, sand, pine needles, and small wooden bridge crossings. This is rated at 7 out of 10 for technical trail. You may win a pair of free shoes from Fleet Feet Mobile. The first half mile leader male/female will win! See details below.

Members of the club will have an option to enter this event for free. Non members will have an option to register for the event for a small fee that will be donated to the Running Club. Cupless Event:
There will be a cooler on the trail about half way, however there will be no cups. Bring your own vessel to hold liquid. In an attempt to keep nature trails clean we will not promote disposal of any trash onto the trail.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THE PRIZES:

1/2 Mile Free Shoes Prize, must compete in 4 mile event to win this: The first half mile will be a loop that comes back to the start/finish line. 4 mile runners will continue thru the start/finish line to complete 3.5 miles more while those wanting to do .5 miles only will stop. The first male and female to cross will win a pair of shoes. This is a half mile of 1/2 miles technical trail and 1/2 miles road. Must register for 4 mile event.

Stipulation To Win Shoes: You must register for and complete the 4 mile loop to win shoes. 50+ participants must enter this event. Value of shoes based on $120 MSRP, the difference can be paid for a higher value shoe.
