About the event
COVID-19 has thrown our original plans off course. Now it's on the course of your choice, wherever is most convenient for you.
We'll start our 3 races on the morning of May 16. You'll run your favorite 5K, 10K or 1 mile course, and send us your race day photos by email. We'll post them on our Facebook page. We'd love to see your colorful running gear, your amazing COVID 19 masks, your neighbors and friends cheering you on ... Can't wait to see your creativity!
This is still a race for everyone! Competitive runners join senior athletes and people with disabilities in Maine's most ability-inclusive running event. Your registration benefits health and wellness programs at Independence Association, serving kids and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
