Nash Community College welcomes runners, walkers, volunteers, and sponsors to the 4th annual Run for Knowledge. The event raises money for student scholarships and provides an opportunity for community members and visitors to enjoy the campus.
Runners will enjoy this 5K on a mix of paved and trail surfaces. Runners run the outside loop of Nash Community College before entering the woods for a scenic (and hilly) second half of the course. Registration includes personalized race bibs (for registrations received before April 10), a short sleeved race shirt, a snap bag with the race logo filled with socks, coupons, and local food items. If a scenic course, warm hospitality, a race shirt, and generous goodie bag are not enough, runners are also treated to lunch and free entry to Bluefest events on campus. Proceeds benefit the Nash Community College Foundation which raises money for student scholarships.
