Run for the Gold

The 2017 Run for the GOLD 5K and Kids Run is presented by HomeSure Lending.

The race start is in the Village of Pinckney at the Putnam Township Square. The 5k course will run 3.1 miles through the historic Village of Pinckney, roll along beautiful country roads, and swiftly finish down Main Street. The kids will Run for the Gold around the historic Town Square which is exactly 1/4 mile. All proceeds go to Light of the World Academy, Light of the World Montessori Preschool, and the Pinckney Community Youth Development Initiative (PCYDI).

Participants will be treated to a post-race party on the patio at LaVita Bistro featuring food from LaVita Bistro and Go Taco!

Following the race -- St. Patrick's Day festivities begin at 11:30 am and the Pinckney St. Patrick's Day Parade begins at Noon.

***All registered by Wednesday, February 22nd will be guaranteed a race t-shirt. A limited number of shirts will be available on a first come basis for those registering February 23rd through race day.
